Michael Pacelli, President
Mike Pacelli is the President of Bay Relations, Inc., a San Mateo County firm specializing in assisting clients through the complex permit approval process. Mike has helped guide clients through such agencies as CalTrans, BCDC, the Coastal Commission, local LAFCO, City and County Planning Departments, City Councils, Boards of Supervisors, and many other state and local agencies.
Mike has been involved in community organizing, government relations, residential and commercial development for 30 years. His practical experience has given him a familiarity with the current concerns of both the public and private sectors and a sensitivity to the nuances of government relations. He has been involved in the extension of BART to SFO, the development of over 1,500 residential units and over 2 million square feet of retail, office, and research and development space in San Mateo County. He spearheaded the pioneering development of the first high-rise office building in Daly City. The J.S. building on Junipero Serra Boulevard became the catalyst for the successful Pacific Plaza development.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara. President of the Daly City/Doelger Senior Center Foundation. A board member of the Seton Hospital Foundation. A member of the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Northern California. A past president of South San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. A past member of the Redwood City Chamber Board of Directors.
